worse service I made a claim over a lost phone , 2 months(may) ago and waited for the phone to be delivered and when I received a phone in July 2023 the box was open and the phones shows it was repaired in 15 may 2023 and the speaker is not working etc, so basically the insurance is giving us refurbished phones as a replacement
