Don't take out cellphone insurance with telkom. They are quick to sell you the product to a 3rd party namely adminplus. but to claim is a nightmare. No one answers the phone and response via email is pathetic. They will frustrate you to a point that you end up cancelling the policy and being the one out of pocket.
