Admin plus sucks
My insurance was canceled with out my knowledge, called to ask what can be done as I never received notice of it being canceled, basically told me there's nothing to be done once it canceled an they couldn't contact me cause telkom never gave my email address to them to send notice, terrible service and basically a don't care attitude and I have been paying they must sort out their issues with telkom

Kindly be informed that on 17/11/2023, Telkom informed us to cancel your policy based on non-payment of premium. Your policy was cancelled with effect from 01/10/2023. We were unable to inform you via e-mail of the cancellation of cover due to us not having an e-mail address on record for you at the time.
Unfortunately, the policy cannot be reinstated and you will need seek insurance elsewhere.
Your complaint is acknowledged and refers.
