I would rate them with zero stars if that was possible. My cellphones were insured via my Telkom contract. They take so long to settle claims, as a result I cancelled all devices on this contract. that was 8 April 2021. I received a confirmation of cancellation.

I am still being debited. now nobody responds to emails. This is a total **** facilitated by Telkom
