Admin plus poor service

In January of 2023 on the 7th my wife registered a claim with Admin Plus since it was the default insurance she took at the Telkom shop.

The claim was simple in that she lost her insured phone and claimed via their call centre. She was then send an email with a link to download a PDF to that needed to filled in and the attach a police affidavit as well as a case number. All this was done.

Since January to date we have been trying to conclude the claim and have a replacement phone but nothing has happened to date instead every time we call 'weekly' we are informed the claim has been sent to the claims team. Just now on the 10th March 2023 we called again and we were informed the lady who worked on our file has resigned and our claim will need to be resubmitted again. This is a pathetic service provider that anyone should never use ever.
