Admin plus poor communication

Totally disgusted with the new insurance same as the previous one. Don't take phone calls, no respo se from emails, no one calls back but they never miss to deduct Money from accounts. I made a claim last month it's been a full month now but they have never responded or gave me update. It's been only on n off. They totally unfair. It's my second time expirience. Even decided to cancel the insurance. Pls assist if u can
