Admin plus is trash

I claimed for a lost phone they said i will get feedback within 7days and regular updates. No one is communicating anything with me when u call to follow uo its excuse after excuse and they do not allow me to even speak to the consultant that was busy with my query. everytime i ask to speak to her they will find a reason to not give her the phone. im jist tired of their nonsense really and I want to warn people agaisnt trusting them with insuring their belongings
