Admin Plus is the worst insurance company ever! Do not sign up for insurance with them

Admin Plus is the worst insurance company ever. I fail to understand as to why Telkom appointed them. They are extremely ***********. Their customer service is extremely poor and frustrating. I lodged a claim for my ****** cellphone over 2 weeks ago and submitted all the required documents. They sent me an email saying that my claim is being verified and a consultant will be in contact with me within 48 hours. It's been over 2 weeks now and no consultant has contacted me regarding my claim. I keep following up, I have sent multiple emails and they do not respond to the emails. I have also tried to call them numerous times but they do not answer the calls. When they do answer your calls (which is 1/10 times), the administrators are absolutely useless and cannot assist you with anything. They always make sure that they debit the insurance premiums every month, however when you make a claim they give you a run around. It's really frustrating how you have to fight them for your money. I do not recommend this pathetic insurance company to anybody. If you want peace of mind, do no sign up with AdminPlus. They are extremely pathetic.
