ADMIN PLUS IS A BAD INSURANCE

I'm very displeased with this insurance company that covers actually nothing when take insurance with my cellular device.. I have a Samsung A54 galaxy which the retail value of this phone is R10999 and I took it for 36 months on contract with tekom and I have this phone for 8months and in December I work up for work 2023 and my A54 was stuck on the Samsung logo and did not come of the logo even tekom consults saw my phone is stock on the Samsung logo and I booked it in and waited patiently for whole February and I only received one sms stating my phone is at repairs. After that I waited patiently now the 16 February I went in to tekom to check if there is any updates and find out I must pay a R585 rand excess not stating for what it's for and I have not received any calls or sms. I'm so disappointed as have threw all this trouble now where have contact sa. Ung and admin plus to assist me and they informed that my Lcd is damage and my screen is damage with minor scratches that's y I must pay because I avoid my warranty bull**** but I swear on my life that my phone was in good condition and if my Lcd was damage my phone would not have been stuck on the Samsung logo, you wudve seen different colour's and the Samsung logo would not have been clear something is really up I feel someone broke my phone and I did not book it in for screen repair there was a software issue because my phone was stuck samsung logo and it went off and did not charge that's what I booked it in for... Someone trying make me pay for a **** up of something I'm a honest person and I'm not paying for others fault, I feel disgusted and so unhappy as I need my phone for my work... So **** you admin plus I want my phone fixed back to me with my warranty intacted or a new phone.. No one is make money out of me... **** YOU ADMIN PLUS YOU USELESS
