ADMIN PLUS INSURANCE worst insurance I know

hi everyone, does anyone know what happened to telkom mobile insurance if they are still on holidays or they simply dodging their customers, i have tried all means to contact them with no luck ***,whtatsapp ***,*** and their online claims telkom.adminplus.co.za. I have logged a complain asking them to please return my calls but nothing.

I have phoned telkom claims again and the guys there were helpfull but the bus still stops with adminplus, I went to telkom shop here in kokstad as advised but they told me they could do nothing so now I dont know what to do anymore, I wish I had a choice on my insurence when I was buying at telkom store.
