Admin Plus Insurance worst device insurance

Some guys hit my car on the front side and when i stopped and got out of the car, one of them stole my device and they ran away, i tried to claim it [my device] through my device insurance, Admin Plus Insurance and they rejected my claim saying during the time of the incident, it was not having a Telkom simcard
