Admin Plus Insurance via Telkom and its incompetence.

I have app**** for an insurance claim on 28/10/2022, in regards to my ****** device and only have a reference number for it and was promised that I will receive an update within 72 working hours. Thus making, Wednesday, 02/11/2022, the day that I was expecting an update from my insurer, of which I only receive a text so to acknowledge that I have made a claim. I thereafter made multiple contacts to dat, however I have not been advised of any proceedings. Due to the last call I was on, I have opted to express my disdain towards my Admin Plus Insurance, which is under written by Mutual & Federal, via my Telkom Contractual account. The incident is as follows: On Monday, 07/11/2022, the first advisor that I got through dropped the call on me after tampering with her equipment which played a part to the inaudibility of our call and blamed it on my reception, whereas the area I was in has good network coverage. The fact that she did not bother to get back to me after capturing my details, made it evident that she was avoiding my query. Thereafter I made a second contact and I was then advised that I should have received an update either via text or by email by the end of the mentioned day. However this was not the case hence I contacted them again on Tuesday, 08/11/2021, whereby I have been advised that my matter has been escalated to a claims specialist that left notes on records that they have sent me an update however I have thoroughly and repeatedly checked my registered streams of contact and there was no communication sent, in regards to the progression of my claim, or of any sort. Thus making me seem like a clown in this instance for again I have been advised the same information as the previous day. I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication and the incompetence of the company, especially with having to deal with the emotional stress that came with the incident that lead to the loss of my device.
