Admin Plus insurance under Telkom

My device was ****** 2weeks ago, I’ve been trying to log a claim since last week but their online claim form keeps on telling me that the system is having glitches. I then called them last week Tuesday to report the matter and I was told to send all the necessary documents to adminplus.co.za which I did and there was no response anything or whatsoever from them. Yesterday I called again and the person who was assisting me game me he’s email and told me to send all the documents to him wich I did again and still no response. Today I went to Telkom Carnival Mall to ask for assistance sadly they couldn’t help since the system was giving the same message that they are experiencing some issue. I’m very disappointed with angry these people know nothing about customer service I guess their intention is to suck my money every month😔😔😔😔😔😔😔
