Admin plus insurance & Telkom: Rouge operations - Reverse my money! Insurance is cancelled!

I called Admin plus early February (around the 5th) to cancel my cellphone insurance. The call center agent confirmed that the insurance had successfully been cancelled, effective from that date, but explained to me that I would still get debited on the 15th of February but that would then be the last month of the debit order. Which I understood. Today why am, 15th March my account gets debitted. Why??? And I check my statement from the infamous rouge Telkom and I see they still have this insurance on there! Why after I had requested it to be cancelled?
