Admin Plus Insurance & Telkom Bad Service

Days later and there is still no communication whatsoever from this insurance company. Not even an indication to confirm if claim was received or not, not even an update on the status of the claim even after you send numerous messages to have them contact you. I believe they are non-existent. Telkom is also to blame for having their clients use this insurance company which is as bad as their service.
