Admin plus Insurance (Sibu) the rude consultant

I was on the phone with a lady called Sibu and I could barely hear what she was saying and I nicely told her that I am struggling to hear her and she sighed and said mxm then yelled to me what she was saying. I asked why she did that she simply sighed again and asked if there’s anything else because she’s done. Is that how you treat your customers? I do not appreciate that behaviour at all, if you don’t wanna work with people just don’t instead of being rude.
