I claimed my phone on the 28th December on the 12th january2021 i was told to pay excess which I did and I forwarded proof of payment to Ethel Jean Pekeur on the 13th Jodi sad I will get tracking number before the end of business day even now I am still waiting theyre not responding my emails, MY CLAIM NUMBER IS 45921
