Admin plus insurance ****

I have been requesting for my data subscription and mobile insurance administered by Adminplus be cancelled since January. I've been told they have yet the debit of R294.70 keeps going off my account. Adminplus tells me they've cancelled and have sent a request to Telkom to stop the debit, I keep calling Telkom who tells me Admin plus has not cancelled the insurance si they can't stop the debit. I would like all this to be cancelled immediately please.
