Admin plus insurance poor service

I am a telkom customer I insured my phone with Admin plus insurance, I lost my phone on the 5th November, I sent them an email on the 6th November with an avidavid from the police station, until today I don't have a phone it's the 4th of January 2021,and I am still paying for the insurance until now.
