Admin Plus Insurance - Please shun them as their service sucks!

I would like to seek assistance from HelloPeter on a matter involving my lost mobile phone. I reported the case at Orlando Police station, and then later I put in a claim with Admin Plus, the insurer of the handset. I was allocated Verification Claim 45064. This was in early December 2020. Since then Admin Plus is giving me the silent treatment. I have written several emails to them inquiring on the progress of my claim, but there has been no response. I may add that I have never defaulted on my monthly payments to Admin Plus, and yet now on my moment of need they are turning a deaf ear to my plight. Any assistance Hellopeter can render in this matter will be highly appreciated.
