Admin Plus insurance is a ****m

I have lost my phone in December 2022 and I sent all the requested documents and they givin me run around when I need a feedback. They always would Say “ claim handler is not in/sick/or left the job. It’s a **** of a company. I been paying premiums from 2018 and now they can’t assist me. I will be escalating the issue.
