Admin Plus insurance is a ****!!!!!!!!!!

Admin Plus Telkom insurance failed us, I claimed on the 1st June 2023, they requested current Invoice, which was sent. They keep saying I'm owing for current invoice which I have no arrears ever since. I requested statement from Telkom and I was told Admin Plus are doing claims everyday. Calling Admin Plus is a waste of time time. I just need my phone and cancel their insurance. I can't be running around for statement which I won't get it anywhere. I really blame myself for taking their insurance, I really wasted my money
