Admin plus insurance

I would not recommend admin plus insurance. I struggled to get my claim processed. After the claim was approved my excess fee was higher that the initial fee I was informed about. I made an enquiry about the increased fee via email and I did not get any feedback. I made a phone call and the agent seemed to understand the query and informed that I should be refunded and that I will get feedback soon. I also requested them to inform me about the new excess fee for the new device and nothing has been sent to me.
