ADMIN PLUS INSURANCE BAD SERVICE

I have an issue with the insurance because they are refusing to pay my cellphone. My phone was taken to Samsung for repairs in June 2021. Unfortunately Samsung building was burnt down during looting in Durban areas. I reported the matter to Telkom and Admin plus insurance. I submitted all the required documents when I made a claim. I have been tossed up and down by ADMIN PLUS & SAMSUNG REPAIRS center because no one wants to take responsibility. I have sent a lot of emails to both parties but with no success. I have included lawyers who also didn't help much. Please can someone assist and help. It's been 8 months now.
