Admin Plus Insurance are **********

This is by far the worst cellphone insurance, its really pathetic I submitted my claim on the 2nd of July 2021 and i have still not been assisted.

When i call i am told they cannot get my sim usage so who the hell must get the usage ?? Then i am told that i need to produce proof of sim swap so in all honesty im suppose to keep a receipt for a sim swap whereas my simcard was blocked and i told the agent that I did a sim swap and i am calling him with that number
