Admin plus insurance

I've sent in a claim and it was approved. My payment was sent in on the 22nd of December and delivery was confirmed to be made in 3 to 7 days. It's the 9th of January now and still nothing. When I called in, they didn't even process the delivery. Unacceptable. Insurance is supposed to help. I've been without a phone for the longest time.
