Admin Plus Insurance

Very frustrating insurance ever would not recommend it to anyone honestly - i recently made a claim went through with the process only when i ask them why I'm I not getting a new phone that is worth my monthly premium instead they giving me something that's not even near my premium, I've been waiting for a reply since 16 Aug till today no answer..... mind you I've been sending reminders but still nothing.
