My boyfriend has a insurance with admin plus he insured two phones with the insurance, my boyfriend was mucked they took the insured phone so my boyfriend went to the police station and opened a case for the phones and he went to Telkom to claim the phones they gave him a form that he needs to fill and send back to them, he did its been three months he claimed the phone and they are taking him for a ride, since we have waited for them, the lady who is responsible for the claim she is not at working most of the time, they say he is owing Telkom called Admin plus to confirm that my boyfriend is paying so my boyfriend is still waiting he doesn't have a phone even now it's been three months.
