ADMIN PLUS INSUARANCE

I took a contact with TELKOM and was offered the insurance, all I that was explained to me was that I need to keep my TELKOM sim on sim 1 and never to remove it and all shall be well, I only heard about the 6months clause when u made the claim after loosing my phone, all I can say is I made the payment on the 19th of April 2021,and to this day I have not heard anything from them, I tried sending n email to person I was told to contact for any queries and to this day he has not returned any of my msgs. I called their number which is forever experiencing a high volume of calls. To this day I am still waiting for the phone. I will not advice anybody to take that insurance , Telkom is just gonna give you their number and you struggle getting hold of them. I once had a contract with Vodacom, all I can say is Vodacom is the best.
