Admin Plus Extremely unhappy client

Wow I'm sincerely gutted, disgusted, disappointed, unhappy, sad extremely angry but the awful time wasting service from Admin Plus... Not sure how many times I should follow up on emails and if I come through on phone they put me on hold a whole 50mins of my airtime has been wasted and after all of that I received no proper feedback. It's really saddening the way they handling my claim as I am still suffering as we where gun point and was ****** from our phones, they added to more stress that all of this was added already...
