Admin plus claim rejected
My name Cathy and I have the worst experience from this insurance. I laid a claim 3 months ago in March when I was ****** which I lodged a claim within 7 days. My claim was rejected which I disputed on the complaints department which I was told that I would receive feedback within 72 hours, til this day I have been completely ignored. I have been to the Telkom at Lakeside express which they have been giving me great service but they don't have access to insurance claims. I really need someone to please assist me coz this is really affecting me financially coz now I'm paying for an insurance that doesn't assist and I'm afraid to cancel coz that will be another reason for them not to approve my claim. I honestly don't know what to do at this point and would really like assistance. My contact number is ***

25 Jul 2022, 05:25Still not being answered by the insurance company I have never been so let down. The fact that they called me and sold themselves as one of the best and here they are not helping me with my claim and completely ignoring my emails....
