Admin Plus and Telkom Insurance

I don't even know where to begin. I lost my phone in December. After that I call every after few days, sometimes I get through and sometimes I don't. I mean I'm not working but I have to put the effort of calling all the time. So I paid the access fee and they said within 3 days I'll receive communication for delivery but I kept calling as usual but they kept saying the same thing of waiting for the delivery guys and it's almost 2 weeks of waiting. Then today I called to check up again but then I was surprised that the phone I paid for is no longer in stock and I have to pay another excess fee to get another phone.

I mean how can I be told that I'll get a certain phone when I pay then I paid that excess fee in order for them to tell me that it was all a lie and I need to pay again for another phone that I don't even know if they have it or not. I'm unemployed it was difficult to pay that excess fee within 7 days and now I have to pay another one. I need my device to continue my life, I'm stuck and need to apply for jobs and also receive calls but I just wonder when will I receive my device since I paid my installments till the end with no missing any payments even when I'm unemployed.
