Admin plus and Telkom

If it were possible I wouldn't even give them a star. Telkom took my phone in for repairs on the 11 of September and I was told my phone will be back after 21 days. No word from anyone after 21 days I decide to call admin plus to enquire about my phone and the representative tells me my phone has been delivered to Telkom. I ask him why wasn't I informed he tell me that's a job for Telkom. I drive to Telkom and they tell me my phone is still with admin plus. Honestly I'm exhausted I need my phone back and I need new cellphone insurance cos this is just bull****
