Admin+ Insurance No No don't waste your time

Good day I had the unforeseen experience of being ****** and then reported the incident to my cellphone service provider then submitted claim to Admin + Insurance. Firstly the consultant left admin plus whom made contact with me after claim.was captured and nobody cared to inform me. I then got a automated request to resend my Case number. This is now almost 3 weeks ago no communication. Now my question is who asked to be ****** and second why do you pay insurance to a company that think nothing of you as the consumer? I am disappointed as this is my work phone and was barely 3 months old when incident occured. My office called me to ask about my mobile device when it will be resolved I called the contact number twice Mc Cayla is consult apparently never came back to me. If this is how you treat valued customers I guess it speak volumes of your business. Telkom should not refer you as a service provider if this is how you treat people. Communication is key to any business and it's clients.
