never take insurance with this service providers, poor service. claimed my iPhone 11 pro max n they approved 13 pro max, made me pay assess for it and they deliver iPhone 13 pro. when I called they then referred me to the suppliers, I was not happy cos I didn't take the insurance with the suppliers but with them so how is it my responsibility to call the supplier? the person who is helping me with my claim, doesn't reply to emails.the delivery of the phone took forever and when they finally deliver it, the phone was wrong, box is open, and there is some words erased with a black maker on the box. now I'm being told I must wait for Monday for my problem to be attended to. I'm not happy cos its almost a month now without a phone.
