This is the worst insurance company ever. I got my phone ****** on the 30th of March and put in a claim, mind you I have been paying this insurance company via Telkom for about 9 months now, when I put in a claim for the phone it takes about two weeks for them to get back to me. When the eventually do they say my claim was rejected because the phone supposedly didn’t have the Telkom SIM card WHICH IT DID! I am out raged and I’m taking further legal action towards this company.
