HORRIFIC

As I arrived at this restaurant, I waited 10min before I had to call a waiter to be helped. Placed my order with a waitress and had a 40min wait before I got my food by another waiter and my drinks by a different waiter once again. however, my food order arrived before my drinks and my order was incorrect. it was lacking chips. 20min after I have finished my meal the chips arrived which was brought by a fourth waiter and lastly had a 20min wait for the bill to arrive which gave me bad attitude for not supplying a well undeserved tip.
