Sagging adjustable bed - Adjust4sleep
The concept of the bed is great but, before you order a bed, please make sure that you understand the mattress warantee, with special reference to the so called "industry standard" app**** to the sagging of the mattresses. Ask the representative to explain it to you - do not wait until the mattress start sagging in the sleep area and on the sides. This company will not entertain complaints about sagging and simply refer to the "industry standard" for sagging. Also, only buy the massage function mattresses if you really need it. In my case the central motor cause discomfort followed by the sagging in the sleeping area.

We are sorry you feel this way, despite having engaged with you and providing you with all the relevant information, that you felt you needed to give us a low rating and air your grievances.
Our technicians have been to your home and inspected your mattresses and found no fault with the mattresses. The “Industry Standards” that you that you claim we use as an exscuse, are actually the exact opposite. We have stated measurements that dictates what is classified as a failed, sagged or collapsed mattress. If these measurements are evident and without indications of misuse, then it is classified as a failure and we, as a responsible and established company, will remedy it.
At the time of inspection, variation in the height of the mattress (with the cover removed) was less than 5mm. This variation falls well within what is considered as a body impression and as you have had the mattresses since February 2023 (2 and a half years), the mattress has performed exceptionally well.
In regards with your comments of the massage system, it too was inspected and no fault was found. More than 80% of our customers purchase the massage system and it has been used by thousands of our clients for over 15 years in South Africa.
