Not well manufactured and inferior materials
Product is extremely expensive and doesn't last 6 years then they tend to crumble and deteriorate , the only option is to repair which costs nearly half the purchase price , be aware!!!!

We are sorry to hear that you feel that way, however we wish to correct some of the statements you made. The bed was purchased more than 7 years ago. You contacted us requesting a quote to replace the bed frame and some slats which were damaged and we have not ascertained how they were damaged, however the bed is out of guarantee. The quote of one of our premium bed frames is approximately 25% (not "nearly half") of what you paid over 7 years ago. With current inflation of approximately 7% per year, the quote is approximately 16% of the current cost of a new bed. Only once we had quoted you and you felt that the quote was too high, did you inform us that you would go to social media to express your displeasure at the the value of the quote.
As the largest adjustable bed manufacturer and supplier in SA, we will continue to support and assist our clients even after the guarantees have expired, however we do feel it is unfair that you compare current replacement costs to the purchase price of 7 years ago.
