I am absolutely sure that the service and bed are extremely good, as in the reviews, but i do have a problem, that in a country like ours where economically we are all stretched for money, especially the elderly one cannot get an idea of what the beds costs. I completely understand that each bed is made for specifications but pushing a salesman to visit , when you first of all trying to get an idea if you can afford it, is wrong. I need to know, can i consider it, i do not have extra money, or is it completely out of the question? i love the beds, but if i cannot afford it, it is useless and a waste of time for a salesman to visit to give a quote.... We are living in more modern times with other options on the market, so very frustrating when a company does this.. All i perceive is that it is obviously too expensive for me to buy.

Thank you for your review and for the recognizing that we are so positively reviewed by our customers., in fact we have the highest review by some margin of any adjustable bed supplier and manufacturer. We do understand your concerns and appreciate your point of view. However, we choose not to assume what we think our clients might be able to afford or how important a good nights sleep is to them and how much they are willing to invest in such a purchase. Having said that, it is also very apparent that an adjustable bed will cost more than a normal flat bed and that like-for-like adjustable beds are very similarly priced. Unlike the majority of bed companies, we custom build our beds to order with over 1000 variations, so the cost of the bed can vary by significantly and we do not wish to inadvertently mislead our customers or quote them incorrectly according to a specification when the specifications they would want could be more expensive or significantly cheaper. Should you still be in the market for and adjustable bed, we feel that the service we offer, which is so highly rated by our customers, is the only way to make such an important purchase and ensure that we have satisfied customers.
