I paid a deposit on a bed but discovered they can be purchased elsewhere for half the price I cancelled the order within the legally prescribed time and they are supposed to refund my deposit the salesman was quick to take my deposit and now they tell me
I paid a deposit on a bed but discovered they can be purchased elsewhere for half the price I cancelled the order within the legally prescribed time and they are supposed to refund my deposit the salesman was quick to take my deposit and now they tell me their T and Cs say they can take up to 14 days to refund. Its been 9 days I asked if they could please do the refund as I have to use those funds for sn urgent matter.. they are refusing. I suspect their after sales service will be just as bsd so be careful when laying money over to them they will drsg their feet in paying you back.

We have never refused to pay your refund as you have accused us of. As we are custodians of our clients deposits and we want to ensure that in a case of a cancellation and refund, we pay it to the correct account and therefore we have systems and checks in place like any good business. You were advised that the refund may take up to 14 days and your refund was processed today at 13:54 before you posted this one star review unfairly and prematurely. Furthermore, you can only purchase an Adjust4Sleep adjustable bed from us and the bed you may have found cheaper is neither an Adjust4Sleep bed nor a custom built bed to our high specifications nor with the numerous "smart" options that you selected.
