BEWARE NO RETURN
I would like to mention that I had no bed issues, back issues prior to purchasing this bed, just wanted a new bed. When purchasing a bed through this company, PLEASE make sure you are aware that they have a NO RETURN policy once the bed gets delivered. I was happy with the demonstration at the shop, yet after the 1st night of sleeping on the (soft) actually ROCK HARD bed that was delivered, my back has been in severe pain, I tried another night but got worse, 3rd day they told me to change the settings which I did for 2 nights, but this did not help. After the 4th night they refused to return the bed. So the demonstration and actually sleeping on the bed is completely different. DONT let the demonstration fool you into buying the bed or anything that is mentioned on their Website. GOOD LUCK.

We are sorry you feel this way, however we feel your warning is unjustified and unfair as we have over 15 000 customers who have purchased our adjustable beds through this manner and one can see from the very high scores that we receive on this and other platforms that we have a significantly higher satisfaction rating than others in the industry. We give all our customers the opportunity to test the bed (for much longer than one would in a normal bed shop) to ensure it is suitable for them. The mattress supp**** is exactly the same specification as the one you tested in the store. While the mattress may feel to be firmer in the beginning, due to it been a new mattress and you are used to your old mattress, it will become more comfortable the more you use it. In regards with accepting the return of the bed, any product that is custom built, bespoke built or considered a special order item (as our beds are) a purchaser cannot return such a product.
