Be careful of poor service after purchasing bed from Adjust4 sleep
Good day, we bought our beds and were absolutely blown away by the service and professionalism at the time of sales person followed by the purchasing and the delivery etc and are very happy with our beds. It does however appear that after purchase service issues just are not handled with the same client service. As advised, for personal reasons one bed needed to be moved from one room to another and then back once tiling had completed. Firstly, we have asked on numerous occasions to update name on your records to the correct name however we still are called by the incorrect name. We dealt with Charlton Alexander from the start and the first part of the request was completed thereafter we have not had regular feedback we continue to call as no one returns calls after being promised. One bed is standing in a lounge due to him not coming back to us, he continues to say head office needs to call us to confirm this however on his personal email advises he will revert back to me. Also, when out of desperation phoned your Midrand office at the commencement of our request was told by lady that Charlton gave incorrect information as they don't provide a time which he had advised would happen. It has taken numerous calls and my time away from work as my calls are not returned by your customer care department and we have to make calls and leave message and no joy and then today to be told it;s not his fault it is another department. Surely as a client its not our concern what happens internally - we are the clients having purchased two beds however feels like once we pay, which we had done for the service of being assisted with the beds no one seems concerned about their client. This is very disappointing and will not be in a position to speak highly of the good service Adjust4sleep offers (doesn't offer) in a retirement village where we could be recommending your beds on a regular basis to folk who would benefit from these.
While we understand the inconvenience of having your bed in another room can be, we feel that your negative comments and poor rating are both unjustified and unfair. We already moved your bed for you once on the 10th of December which we had prebooked with you weeks before due to the fact that we were extremely busy. The following day, 11th of December, you requested that the bed be moved back which was not arranged when we booked your first move. You were advised that we were unfortunately fully booked for the remaining of this year, despite adding delivery teams for this period, as we were attempting to deliver and attend to all our clients before Christmas. We also stated that should a opening become available that we would contact you. You, at that time demanded a date for us to assist you which, due to been fully booked, were unable to do so. You called in again on Friday the 12th demanding the same information. You called again on Monday the 16 which was a public holiday and once again on Tuesday the 17th asking for the same information. Once again we advised you we were fully booked and as soon as we have an opening we would contact you. You then decided to go to both social media and Hello Peter to discredit our name and the service we offer clients because you required immediate attention or information. We are unsure if you wanted us to disappoint one of our customer's which we had already prebooked a week or more earlier for delivery or a pre-booked customer care appointment to attend to your bed move. Despite your unjustified negative comments, we have arranged that staff work additional overtime to what they are already working to assist you. You were contacted on the 18th of December to make arrangements of such.
We hope that you will revaluate your negative rating.
Yours Sincerely,
The Team at Adjust4Sleep
