Adjust a bed does not honour it's warantee

One of the slats were found to be cracked while still under warranty Adjust A Bed want to charge to replace the slat. The person I spoke to at Adjust A Bed does not return phone calls and I have to call him despite him promising to call back. The back up service at Adjust a bed leaves much to be desired.<br> Very dissapointd.
