BAD customer service!!!

Bad customer service and I truly did not expect it from such a fantastic brand. I had an online order delivered in Pretoria to God knows who, the funny part is I'm in Cape Town and these guys are asking me for order numbers when I keep sending them my invoice pulled from the website. DO NOT TRUST BUYING FROM THE ONLINE STORE! My money is now gone., iv accepted that!!!!
