Awaiting Refund

Purchased a Stan Smith online in Dec 2023 and when the shoe was eventually delivered the wrong shoe and size was received. It took Adidas SA 2 weeks to arrange the collection for the incorrect shoe. After many emails back sent to Adidas SA regarding my refund I am now ignored and no way to get my money back.

This is absolutely unacceptable service from Adidas especially since I’ve been a loyal customer to the brand. I would like someone to contact me regarding my refund.
