Zero quality sold by adidas online

If I could it would be zero stars. 26 Nov, I purchased on line a gift for a loved one's birthday who happened to like ****nal. The Tshirt's normal price is R500 but got it for R350 plus delivery fee. I was excited because I have adidas clothing and sneakers and know to be of good quality. I have never shopped on line though just at their outlets. 1 December the order arrived. That was smooth. I used the work address. My colleague and I open the parcel with excitement only to be disappointed. The picture quality of the ****nal emblem was blurt and pathetic. Their quality assurance department must seek employment somewhere else. Same day I send them the complaint and tell me of the return process and I followed it. Today I have not been called or emailed. The parcel has not been picked up either.
