Worst service received from Adidas and CourierIT

Worst online service. Poor communication, they work hand in hand with CourierIT, worst at courier services. after countless calls and almost over a month since an online purchase has been made, there still no clear information as to when my parcel will be delivered. They will make you hold until you check out on your own, emails are not responded to, no response even on social media platforms
