Worst Service from Adidas SA Online

Adidas South Africa Online is the worst place you can ever place an order from,l placed an order end of May and they sent a wrong size.l logged a return and it was collected after 3weeks that was in June up till today 16 July 2025 l have not received my refund.l have another order placed in June l logged a return till today they have not collected.lam very dissapointed and hurt Adidas SA owes me over r3k rands😭😭😭.Customer Service lines don't go through,they don't respond to emails😔.
