Worst service ever from Adidas

I have ordered shoes online, 2 weeks down the line and counting, still no shoes. Every time customer support line is called I get the same answer "The team is working on it", no straight answer can be given and absolutely NO calls received from the so called Warehouse as they claimed they will do. Then I'm being told I must wait another 3 to 4 workings days for who ever answered my call to find out and resolve the matter, have spoken to 4 operators already, getting the same story each time. The MOST *********** place I have ever dealt with.
